Johnty Lal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Johnty started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Crowdiser in 2016, followed by internships at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. In 2018, they worked as an Industrial Trainee at NTPC Limited.

In 2020, Johnty joined LocoNav as a Relationship Manager. Later that year, they joined Paytm as a Senior Associate, where they performed ETL activities, conducted data analysis using Python and Excel, and provided insights for customer loyalty and non-default strategies.

From 2021 to 2023, Johnty worked at GroundTruth as an Associate Data Analyst, gaining experience in data analysis. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Data Analyst at Cognitio Analytics LLC as of July 2023.

Johnty Lal completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in the years 2015-2019. Prior to that, they attended St. Martin's Diocesan School in Delhi Cantt from 2005-2014, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science with Computer Science. Earlier in their education, from 2000-2005, they attended St. Mary's School in Gondal, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
