Natallia Chobat has worked in the IT industry since 2017. Natallia began their career as a Frontend Developer at VironIT in 2017. Natallia then joined iTechArt Group as a Frontend Developer, Lead Software Engineer at Medifast Inc., React Native Mentor and Developer, and React Developer at QVSTA marketplace platform. In 2018, they moved to Softensity Inc. as a React Native Developer. In 2021, they joined Minimax.Finance as a React Developer and Thera as CEO & co-founder. Her responsibilities at Thera included setting the product vision and KPIs, measuring product and marketing metrics, pitching the project, and communication between team members. Natallia is currently working at Coginiti as a React Developer.

Natallia Chobat attended Belarussian State Technological University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Web Design. In 2021, they obtained a certification from GoPractice, Inc entitled "Управление продуктом на основе аналитики. Go Practice! Симулятор". In December 2022, they obtained a certification from The Linux Foundation entitled "LFD121: Developing Secure Software". Finally, Natallia Chobat attended Y Combinator in 2022, where they completed the YC Startup School program.
