Matthew Mullins has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Matthew began their career in 1998 as a Web Administrator and Information Technology Specialist for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. In 2005, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas. From 2007 to 2011, they held the same position at Northwestern University, where they also taught full courses in the School of Continuing Studies. In 2011, they joined Aginity as Director of Platform Engineering, then became Director of Infrastructure, Vice President of Engineering (Acquired), and finally Chief Technology Officer. Matthew is currently the Chief Technology Officer at COGINITI.

Matthew Mullins attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BA in Philosophy and Management of Information Systems. Matthew then attended Northwestern University from 2007 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Philosophy and was a PhD candidate in Philosophy with a Specialization in Cognitive Science.
