Mateusz Treder is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Field Engineering at Cognite since March 2019. Treder has driven 100% year-over-year business growth by identifying high-impact use cases and developing digital solutions. With a solid history in project management and customer success, Treder has orchestrated large-scale projects while establishing key relationships with C-suite executives. Additionally, Treder is recognized as a Future Energy Leader by the World Energy Council. Previous roles include Global Head of Power & Renewables and IT Project Manager at Akkodis, with earlier engineering positions at GE Power and other leading companies. Treder holds a Master's degree in Power Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
