Harika Bayikati has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cognida.ai since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting from December 2016 to October 2022. Harika also has experience as a Senior Android Developer at Redpine Signals from April 2016 to October 2016. Earlier in their career, they were a Software Developer at Wenable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from May 2014 to January 2016, and held roles as an SE and ASE at LG Electronics from August 2010 to April 2013.

Harika Bayikati began their education in 2002 at LRG High School, where they obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC). Harika then attended Narayana Junior College from 2003 to 2005, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued during this time is unknown.

In 2005, Bayikati enrolled at GIT, J.N.T.u and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in 2009.

Harika further expanded their education in 2010 by attending C-DAC and completing the Embedded Systems Design (DESD) program.

Additionally, in November 2017, Bayikati obtained the Associate Android Developer certification from Google Developers.
