Kathleen Murphy is a Senior HR Manager at Cognex Corporation, where responsibilities have included overseeing engineering HR for Europe since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Xanadu Consultancy from January 2014 to August 2016, contributing to the firm's award-winning software development and consultancy services, particularly in the online gaming sector. Kathleen also held roles at Eli Lilly and Company, starting as an HR Assistant in a graduate placement from January to August 2009, and progressing to HR Generalist at the Shared Service Centre from November 2010 to September 2013. Kathleen holds an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour and a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Limerick.
