Cory Chainsman possesses extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving as UX Manager and Principal User Experience Designer at Cognex Corporation since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading the design of software interfaces for 3D metrology and industrial automation. Prior roles at Cognex Corporation included Senior User Experience Designer and Scrum Master. Cory has also been recognized as a Future Leader with the MITX Future Leaders Group and held positions at Isobar U.S., NESCent, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, contributing to various aspects of user experience and usability research. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from William & Mary and a Master's in Information Science with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
