Maneesh Deshpande is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Cogneesol since September 2022, Maneesh previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at BigMint from November 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Maneesh was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at K&J PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED and Assistant Partner at GVK EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH INSTITUTE, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
