Alice Coatalem has held a variety of positions in the tech industry since 2004. Alice began their career at HP as a Strategic Change Officer in EMEA, then moved up to Alliance Sales Director, Director of Presales EMEA, and EMEA Sales Strategy and Productivity for the Technology Solutions Group. In 2015, they were appointed VP of Inside Sales for the Enterprise Group EMEA, where they led a consolidated Inside Sales organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. After four years in this role, they left HP to co-found DigiSpin in 2018, where they served as General Manager. In 2019, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor, and also co-founded CogNeed, where they serve as CRO. In 2020, they took on the role of Associate Professeur at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
Alice Coatalem attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management. Alice then went on to Institut Mines-Télécom Business School from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures de Gestion. Most recently, they completed an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2017, with a thesis on Gamification as a lever of information System Success, Action Research enquiry in B2B sales.
