Dr Kathryn Kissell is an accomplished psychologist and educator with extensive experience in organizational development, coaching, and mental health treatment. As the founder of The Team Brain Partnership, Dr Kissell focuses on enhancing relationship dynamics and team performance for global organizations. Dr Kissell also serves as a Bowen Systems Coach, Counseling Psychologist, and Associate Tutor, providing insights on the interplay between relational systems and individual functioning. With a commitment to teaching future Church leaders at Ridley Hall, engaging in research at London South Bank University, and contributing as an honorary fellow at the Susanna Wesley Foundation, Dr Kissell integrates psychology and ministerial practice to foster well-being and resilience.
