Hari Muhardani Nasution has been a director of the Company since 01 September 2021. Prior to serving as Finance Director of Cogindo, he served as Finance Director of PT GCL Indo Energi (2016-2021), Expert in corporate regulations at PT Indonesia Head Office Power (2014-2015), and has also served as a litigation and advocacy expert at PT Indonesia Power Head Office (2015-2016).
With a background in Bachelor of Economics from Gadjah Mada University and Master of Law from the University of Indonesia, as well as 20 years of experience in the power industry, he leads Cogindo with optimism, he drives the finance function to plan for growth, while ensuring careful assessment of financial and risk management principles.
He has the principle that continuous learning is very important. He stays up to date with new developments in finance, taxes, corporate law and technology for excellent finance and keeps one step ahead.
