Jack Brooks is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over three decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Sr Technician Switch at Cogent Communications since May 2023, Jack has also held significant roles at Sprint, including Technician III in Engineering and Integration since September 2017 and Senior Technician Level III from March 1989 to September 2009. Additionally, Jack has been a Senior Technician Level III at Ericsson since September 2009. Throughout this extensive career, Jack has specialized in the installation, turn-up, and testing of various technologies, including Sonet, DWDM, and fiber optic transmission systems, while also overseeing contractors and vendors in the process.
