Natalie Fesefeldt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalie began their career in 2000 as a Visual Presentation Coordinator at Eileen Fisher, where they managed daily operations and trained retail staff. Natalie then worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as a Visual Presentation Planner, creating visual designs and communicating merchandising directions to stores nationwide.

In 2005, Natalie joined Bed Bath & Beyond again, this time as a Graphics Manager, where they were responsible for in-store graphic projects and acted as a liaison between different departments. Natalie continued to excel in the field of graphics and design when they joined Events By Natalie in 2003 as an Event Planner and Floral Designer. In this role, Natalie coordinated and supervised events, creating design plans and managing on-site teams.

Natalie's talent and expertise in floral design led their to work at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. as an Associate Floral Designer and later as the Direct Floral Product Development specialist. In these positions, they utilized their floral expertise to design arrangements and develop key vendor relationships.

Natalie further expanded their career at Vitamin World, where they held two roles. First, as the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, Natalie collaborated with company leaders and stakeholders to drive the visual storytelling of Vitamin World locations globally. Natalie also developed promotional layouts and facilitated discussions among creative teams, buyers, and artists. Later, Natalie became the Director of Creative Services, overseeing all creative strategies and projects for the Vitamin World brand, establishing project timelines and owning the creative direction.

Natalie's most recent role is as a Brand Manager at Cogency Global Inc., where they are responsible for leading and driving the company's brand. Natalie creates and evolves the brand vision, defines the brand strategy, and oversees the execution of all brand marketing activities.

Throughout their career, Natalie has shown their ability to lead, innovate, and deliver strong results in various creative and managerial positions.

Natalie Fesefeldt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Natalie also holds a certification as a Professional Event Consultant from the US Event Guide, although the specific month and year of its attainment are unknown.
