Sloan Egan is an experienced golf course management professional with a comprehensive background in turf management and irrigation systems, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at Cog Hill Golf Club since March 2016. Egan has successfully led a multicultural maintenance team, implemented an integrated pest management program, completed significant irrigation installations, and efficiently managed drainage projects to enhance course conditions. Previous roles include Golf Course Assistant-in-Training at Wannamoisett Country Club and Turf Management at Minnesota Valley Country Club. Egan's military background as a Cavalry Scout with the US Army has further developed strong leadership and situational management skills. Egan holds a Professional Golf Turf Management Certificate from Rutgers University.
