Sian Thomas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Aberystwyth University. They have held various roles at Coffee#1 since November 2012, including Store Manager, People Trainer, People Development Manager, and Learning & Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Stage at Malvern Theatres from August 2005 to September 2012.
