Leo Chak has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Leo started their career at the Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 1997, where they worked as a Business Manager in the Membership Department. Their responsibilities included promoting the Federation to Hong Kong companies and organizing member activities.
In 2001, Leo joined Coface as a Marketing Manager in Hong Kong. Leo later became the Regional Marketing Manager for Greater China, overseeing marketing and communications efforts in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. From 2007 to 2010, Leo served as the Senior Regional Manager, responsible for marketing and communications, as well as setting up operational and credit risk management infrastructure in the Greater China region.
Leo then took on the role of Head of Marketing & Communications for the Asia Pacific region at Coface from 2011 to 2017. In this position, they were responsible for marketing and communications in 13 markets, focusing on product management, market management, customer journey, branding communications, press relations, event management, and internal employee communications.
Leo continued their tenure at Coface, serving as the VP of Project Manager in the Organization Department for Asia Pacific and subsequently taking on the role of Regional VP of Communications for the Asia Pacific region in February 2019.

Leo Chak has pursued a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
