Anna Shaw serves as the General Counsel for GBST since May 2022, overseeing the company's legal function on a group-wide basis. Prior to this role, Anna was Senior Legal Counsel for AMP, contributing to the company’s transformation strategy and managing various commercial contracts. As General Counsel at Greencross, Anna established a legal function supporting corporate governance and risk management during a growth phase. Anna’s experience also includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel - APAC for Bravura Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed legal support during the company's IPO process and managing high-value contracts. Additional legal roles were held at Squiz, Westpac Group, Telstra, Holding Redlich, and KPMG Legal. Anna holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Technology Sydney. Anna currently possesses an Unrestricted Practising Certificate from the Law Society of New South Wales.
