Glen Hogendoorn has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the mining industry. Glen is currently the Senior Director - Projects Engineering at Coeur Mining, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Rio Tinto as the Manager - Metals Business Improvement, Controls & Shutdowns and Manager - Metals Asset Management. Before joining Rio Tinto, Glen was the Director - Engineering & Operations at NGL Energy Partners LP. Glen also spent a significant portion of their career at Rio Tinto, holding positions such as Strategy/Asset Manager, Operations Manager, and Sr Process Engineer at the Kennecott Utah Copper Smelter. Glen's earlier experiences include working as a Process Consultant at SNC-Lavalin, a Sr Process Engineer at Murrin Murrin Nickel, and a Process Engineer at WMC Resources.

Glen Hogendoorn attended Curtin University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they briefly studied Organizational Leadership at the London Business School in 2007.
