Jakob Pettersson is the VD/CEO of Coeli Real Estate, a position held since February 2017. As a Partner of Coeli Holding AB, Jakob leads the organization in the real estate sector. Prior to this role, Jakob served as Portfolio Manager at Newsec Sweden and was responsible for business development, M&A, and strategic advice, while also overseeing the company's market reports. Previous positions include Senior Associate at PwC Real Estate, where Jakob provided M&A and strategic advice, and Consultant at Applied Value, focusing on strategic management consulting and M&A advisory. Jakob's early career includes roles as Trading Assistant at NeoNet Securities and a Summer Intern at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Jakob holds a B.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics.
