David Williams is the Group Finance Director at COEL since November 2019. Prior to this, David worked as a Financial Controller at Property_Partner from May 2015 to November 2019. David has a background in consulting and finance, having held positions such as Consultant, Strategy and Planning Manager, Commercial Finance Manager, and Cost Centre Finance Analyst at PA Consulting Group. David started their career as a Trainee Financial Accountant at John Dickinson Stationery Ltd. David studied Economics and History at the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2001 to 2004.
