Ryan Gates is a co-founder and managing partner at Coefficient Agency, established in June 2016, where the focus is on accelerating complex sales through digital strategies. Additionally, Ryan has owned and served as chief creative at Moving Edge Media since January 2012, specializing in film and visual arts to help clients convey their stories. Previous experience includes working as a web developer at Irish Titan and handling media creation and website management at CRASH+SUES. Early career roles featured sound technician responsibilities at Taylor University and graphic design and marketing specialist duties at OPIN Systems. Ryan holds a BA in Media Communication: Production from Taylor University and an AA in General Education from Inver Hills Community College.
