Cassondra N. Smith, MSW, LICSW, is a seasoned behavioral health clinician with extensive experience in providing clinical services and education in social work. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Clinician at Codman Square Health Center and an Adjunct Faculty member at Simmons College Graduate Studies since May 2017, Cassondra previously worked with the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services as an Adolescent Clinician, delivering group and individual counseling to youth using evidence-based therapies. Additionally, Cassondra's diverse background includes roles as a volunteer at Boston Youth Sanctuary, an intern at Massachusetts College of Art and Harvard Law School's Immigration and Refugee Clinic, a Substance Abuse & Mental Health Counselor at Boston Public Health Commission, an English teacher in South Korea, and a case manager assisting refugees with acculturation at Bethany Christian Services. Cassondra earned a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University.
