Faith Ida, GRCP, MBCS, is a Software Engineer at Genesys since September 2023, responsible for designing advanced customer experience solutions and integrating AI technologies. Faith's experience includes roles as a Backend Engineer at Partna, where backend systems for payment solutions were developed, and as a Software Engineer at OneTrust, overseeing technical implementations and API integrations. Additionally, Faith contributes as an Assistant Instructor and Brand Ambassador for Code First Girls, as well as an instructor and mentor in various initiatives supporting underrepresented groups in tech. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Development, Sustainability, and Social Justice from the University of Bath, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Surrey.
