Ivana Pejović has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ivana is currently serving as the HR Chief Operating Officer at CodeUp, where their responsibilities include managing employee measures, problem-solving, and overseeing recruitment processes. Prior to this, they worked as a Yoga Instructor at Yana Joga studio & Nortal yoga studio in 2020. From 2015 to 2022, Ivana worked at Nortal as an Office Manager & HR Assistant, focusing on office management, client relations, and administrative tasks. Ivana also gained experience as an Account Assistant at ATP exodus in 2013, an Administrator and Seller at Matis Group in 2012, and a Sales Manager at SCT&CG Montaža from 2008 to 2012.

Ivana Pejović's education history includes studying Human Resources Management and Services at MNG centar in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy program at Vidya Yoga from 2019 to 2020. In 2013 and 2014, Ivana studied Accounting and Finance at Univerzitet "Božidar Adžija".
