Martin Grant has a diverse work experience in software engineering and game development. Martin started their career as a Programmer Intern at Tick Tock Games in 2014, where they supported the senior programming team and prepared games for launch on different platforms. Martin then worked as a Windows Game Ambassador at Microsoft from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Martin joined MindMate LTD as an iOS Developer Intern, where they worked on fixing bugs, improving games, and adding new features to the MindMate app, aimed at people suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's. During their time there, the app reached #2 in the Health category on the iOS App Store.

Martin also gained experience at Motorola Solutions as an Application Developer, where they developed mobile data capture systems for emergency services. Martin worked on the full software project lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, and testing.

Martin primarily used C++ and C# across Windows, Linux, and iOS platforms. Martin worked on new features, defects, and unit/integration testing.

From 2021 to 2022, Martin worked at Rockstar Games as a Game Systems Engineer. Martin created design-centric gameplay systems and tools, contributing to two DLC updates for GTA: Online, including content based around a "celebrity solutions agency."

Most recently, in 2022, Martin joined Wushu Studios as a Gameplay Programmer, working remotely. Martin collaborated with other game studios using Unreal Engine and C++ to develop gameplay mechanics, tools, and systems.

Since 2023, Martin has been working as a Software Engineer at Codeplay Software.
