Elena Ogorodnikova has extensive experience in project management, web/graphic design, and software implementation. Elena began their career in 2005 as a Project Coordinator at Parus JSC, where they wrote business/functional requirements for the software and set project timelines. In 2009, they became a Senior Project Manager at TWINS INVESTMENTS JSC, where they evaluated and formed the company's investment projects portfolio and analyzed business processes. In 2014, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer at Personal TVtech, where they coordinated software developers, partners, resources, and information. From 2017 to 2019, they were the CEO/Owner of Elena Ogorodnikova Design, where they developed brands using Adobe Creative Suite and UI design with Sketch and XD. In 2019, they became a Lead Web Designer at Print it Plus, where they implemented software and developed and modified web projects using Wordpress, Joomla!, HTML/CSS. In 2020, they joined Haven Health Management as a Lead Web/Graphic Designer, and in 2021 they began working as a Project Manager at Codemasters International, LLC.

Elena Ogorodnikova has a Master's degree in Engineering Cybernetics from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys). Elena has also obtained two additional certifications: Agile with Atlassian Jira from Coursera in January 2021 and Graphic Design Specialization from Coursera in January 2020.
