Ritika Jha is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning several roles at Codelogicx since September 2017, including HR Manager, Head of Human Resources, and HR and Operations Executive. Prior to this, Ritika completed an HR internship at Emami Ltd from November 2016 to January 2017. Ritika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Human Resources Management from United World School of Business (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative English from Gokhale Memorial Girls College (2012-2015).
