Philisiah S. has worked in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Technology Intern at Safaricom Limited, where they were responsible for provisioning and mapping Fibre, GPON, and Wimax connections, as well as managing connections on various software solutions. In 2016, Philisiah S. was a Regional Finalist at the Hype Global Sport Innovation Awards, and also a Volunteer at Sote Hub, where they mentored High School Girls and co-founded E-Tech, a startup providing Agricultural Applied automation systems. Finally, in 2017, Philisiah S. became Co-founder and CTO at Codeln, where they set the technical direction of product development, identified technologies that yield a competitive advantage, and managed the development team and product life cycle.

Philisiah S. attended Kenyatta University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Philisiah then attended Safaricom WIT Academy from 2015 to 2016, where they received a Certificate in Skills. In 2017, Philisiah S. obtained a Diploma in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa. Additionally, Philisiah S. holds a CCNA CyberOps certification from Cisco.
