Phuong Mai began their work experience in 2018 as a Quality Engineer at DECATHLON FRANCE. Phuong held this position until October 2019. In October 2019, Phuong joined FPT Software as a Quality Assurance Engineer and worked until April 2021. From May 2021 to April 2022, they worked as an Automation Engineer at Saigon Technology, a top software outsourcing company in Vietnam. Currently, Phuong is employed at CodeLink.io as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, starting in April 2022.

Phuong Mai attended Truong dai from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management. In 2017, they also obtained a Learning Express Certification from Truong Dai hoc Bach Khoa Da Nang. Additionally, in the same year, they earned the IRONMAN VIET NAM Certification from ironman Viet Nam. Most recently, in December 2020, Phuong Mai received a Toeic Certification from ETS - Educational Testing Service, USA.
