Rachel O'Loughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and marketing. Currently serving as a Technical Project Manager at Codefi since December 2020, Rachel oversees technical projects, facilitates the development and design team, and creates story maps to enhance project coordination. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Program Manager at Codefi, where Rachel developed strategic communication plans and managed a software development training program, respectively. Prior to that, Rachel held positions at Red Letter Communications as a Digital Programs Specialist and Digital Project Manager, focusing on email and digital marketing strategies, project management, and content updates. Rachel's career began at Southeast Missouri State University as a Senior Ambassador, providing exceptional customer service. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Southeast Missouri State University.
