Rose Klaus currently serves as the Commercial Partnerships Manager at Code First Girls, where the organization focuses on developing global talent pipelines of women in technology roles. Previously, Rose worked at Harnham, progressing from Recruitment Consultant in Data Science to Managing Consultant, contributing to a leading firm in Data & Analytics recruitment. Rose also gained experience as a Telecommunications Agent with the Florida Department of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing critical communication and support to affected individuals. Additional roles include Civic Fellow at You Can Vote, where outreach efforts targeted minority voter registration, and Legal Intern at Canan Law, where essential legal skills and practices were developed. Rose holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Wake Forest University.
