Sunil Kalkunte is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Managing Director at Code and Theory since January 2024, where responsibility includes guiding engineering and product development teams towards innovative, customer-centric outcomes while managing P&L and Gross Margins. Previously, Sunil held the position of Head of Engineering and Country Head for India at YML from May 2020 to December 2023, overseeing a high-impact engineering team and ensuring operational effectiveness. Prior to that, Sunil worked at Tavant as Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager from December 2015 to May 2020, and at NTT DATA Americas as Associate Director from November 2002 to December 2015, focusing on project management, client relationships, and engineering leadership. Sunil earned a B.E. in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 1998 and 2002.
