Jacob Fitzhugh is a skilled Frontend Software Developer at Code and Theory since July 2020, bringing a diverse background in technology and creative roles. Jacob has previous experience as a Career Coach at Outco Inc. and as Lead Developer for Shop Katika, where responsibilities included managing backend development with AWS and enhancing user experience through custom CSS. In addition to technical expertise, Jacob served as Media Specialist for the City of Cambridge, where video engagement initiatives were developed, and designed a flagship program for youth development. Jacob's earlier roles include graphic design and creative direction with organizations such as Black Tech Nation and For The Culture Media, as well as academic support and project management in education. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate degree in Computer Programming from North Shore Community College.
