Dwight Russell Cosca has worked at Code and Theory since 2016, starting as a Visual Designer and progressing to Senior Visual Designer and currently as an Associate Design Director. Prior to that, they worked at Leung + De Leon Marketing Services as a Website and Graphic Artist from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern, Part-time Graphic Designer, and AVP Developer at Convey Advertising Inc. from 2014 to 2015.

Dwight Russell Cosca completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Digital Arts at iACADEMY in Makati City from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Graphika Manila in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
