Kateřina Smrčková is currently the Chief People Officer at Codasip, where Kateřina leads the HR department. Prior to this role, Kateřina held various HR positions at Infosys BPM and RWS. With a background in English, Psychology, and Biology from the University of Hradec Králové, Kateřina also spent time in China as a Training & Development coordinator for RWS Moravia and as a teacher at Wellington College International Tianjin.
