Giorgos Nikiforos is an experienced engineering professional with a notable career in computer architecture and IC design. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Codasip since July 2022, Giorgos previously worked at Apple as Graphics Design Verification Manager and Graphics Design Verification Engineer from January 2017 to May 2022. At Broadcom Limited, Giorgos held positions as Principal - R&D Engineer IC Design and Senior Staff - IC Design Engineer, focusing on ARMv8 Core cluster verification. Prior experience includes roles at Intel Corporation as Hardware Engineer - x86 Architecture Validator and RTL Designer, contributing to validation and design aspects of x86 architecture. In earlier positions at ICS-FORTH, Giorgos participated in EU-funded projects aimed at advancing multicore architecture and research in computer architecture. Giorgos holds a Master of Science in Computer Architecture from the University of Crete and a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
