Charalampos Kardaris has extensive work experience, starting in 2020 as an Undergraduate Student at the National Technical University of Athens. In 2020, they also served as a Private in the Greek Army. In 2021, they were promoted to Lance Corporal before transitioning to the role of Junior Research Engineer at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Software Engineer at Codasip, where they are a part of the High Level Synthesis team for the Codasip Studio project.

Charalampos Kardaris holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, where they studied from 2014 to 2020. In 2018, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at the Universidad de Sevilla, specializing in Computer Engineering. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (Nivel B2) from Instituto Cervantes, and in 2012, they received a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the Hellenic American Union.
