Hendy Samosir has over 15 years of experience in customer support and operational management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support Operations at Coda Payments since January 2015. In this role, Hendy leads and manages a global team of customer support and L1 Tech Support agents, focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction and collaborating with various teams to enhance product improvements based on customer feedback. Previous positions include Senior Manager and Customer Support Manager at Coda Payments, General Affairs Assistant Manager at ACE Force, and administrative roles at Taruna Indah Tour & Travel, Sanex Telekomunikasi Indonesia, NSA Frantomy Group, and AOWANUSA Lestari. Hendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitas Mercu Buana.
