Jennifer Bickler is the current Finance Director at CODA. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Finance for Ridgeline Management Company LLC from February 2016 to July 2019. At Ridgeline, Jennifer operated 18 senior living communities in various states. Her responsibilities included preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyzing financial performance, and communicating key findings to operations and leadership teams. Jennifer also performed all treasury management functions for multiple business entities and prepared cash projections when needed. In addition, Jennifer directed and coordinated the development of operational targets and led the annual operational planning and budgeting process. Jennifer was also responsible for managing the accounting department and staff of (6) to include: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general accounting. Jennifer successfully developed tools to assist with operational expense management including “prd” reporting, labor and expense spend downs, and overtime, turnover and wage analysis and reporting. Jennifer also streamlined processes including the conversion of billing, accounts payable and financial systems onto one platform resulting in efficiency, accuracy, expanded reporting and oversight ability.

Jennifer Bickler's educational career includes a bachelor's degree in accounting from Central Washington University.
