Donna Alcala Ganal has a strong background in legal and advisory roles. Donna is currently working as the Head of Legal at COCUUS since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Secretario del Consejo de Administraci贸n and Head of Legal at Kleta from July 2020. Before that, they served as a member of the Advisory Committee at 膧ticcoLab from June 2020. Donna also has experience as the Managing Director Emindset Spain and Chief Legal Officer at Emindset Law since January 2017, where they were involved in the founding partnership of Emindset Andorra. Donna has also been part of the Advisory Committee at IVC Digital Tech since March 2016. To start their career, Donna worked as a Corporate Legal Assistant at Conector Startup Accelerator from October 2014.

Donna Alcala Ganal has a diverse education history. In 2004, they earned a Licenciatura in Derecho from the Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in the field of law. Following this, in 2009, they participated in the International Exchange Program at the University of Ottawa, focusing on International Law and Legal Studies.

In 2019, Donna enrolled in the Programa de Directivas at Il路lustre Col路legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB), which they completed in 2020. This program provided their with insights into Consejos de Administraci贸n.

Most recently, in 2022, Donna decided to pursue further education and joined the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Donna is currently enrolled in the Programa Executive Delegado de Protecci贸n de Datos, specializing in the field of Derecho. Donna is expected to complete this program in 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Donna has also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they became a member of the Barcelona Bar Association upon completing their studies. In 2014, they also became a member of the Andorran Bar Association. Furthermore, as part of their current program at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, they obtained the Certificaci贸n Programa Executive Delegado de Protecci贸n de Datos in April 2023.
