Jennifer Carey is a highly experienced pastry chef and instructor with a career spanning over two decades in the culinary arts. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at Atelier Sucre NYC and CocuSocial, Inc. since 2018, as well as operating Jennifer's Cake Designs since 2003, Jennifer specializes in creating elegant desserts and specialty cakes for wholesale and retail clients. With previous roles at prestigious establishments such as ROTISSERIE GEETTE and Le Cirque, Jennifer has managed high-volume pastry productions and led teams in various settings. Educational credentials include a Grand Diploma in Classic Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute and additional certifications in Baking and Pastry Arts. Prior to a full culinary career, Jennifer worked as a Hedge Fund Services Portfolio Accountant at JPMorgan Chase.
