Alexandra Fernandez possesses extensive experience in client relations and account management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Responsable Relation Clients - Fidélisation et Qualité at Book&Pay since July 2019, Alexandra concurrently holds an account manager role at COCOONR and has worked with the agency as a booking agent and house manager. Previous roles include managing client relations for both the BW Premier Collection Le Saint-Antoine Hôtel & Spa during its opening phase and overseeing guest relations at Alto Atacama. Alexandra began a micro-enterprise in 2017, providing services for Cocoonr. Educational credentials include a BTS in Action Commerciale from ESCCOT and a Baccalauréat Littéraire with a Mathematics option from Lycée Jean Macé.
