Nguyen Thu has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a Human Resource Intern at Cimigo in October 2018 and worked there until October 2019. Following that, they interned as a Recruitment Intern at Adecco from April 2019 to October 2019.

In 2019, Nguyen Thu joined Trans World Aviation as a Human Resources Executive. In this role, they were responsible for mass recruitment cycles for the VietJet Project and conducted CV screening and phone interviews for back office positions. They worked at Trans World Aviation from August 2019 to February 2021.

From March 2021 to April 2022, Nguyen Thu worked as a Human Resources Specialist at EMG Education. Their responsibilities included consulting and resolving issues related to expat labor relations, developing HR management processes for leave and employee data.

Currently, Nguyen Thu is employed as an HR Manager at Coconut Silo since May 2022. They are involved in managing HR processes and performance, establishing performance appraisal processes, and providing advice on HR-related issues and decisions.

Nguyen Thu completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Open University HCMC. Nguyen pursued this degree from 2015 to 2019.
