Madeline Ursino is an experienced Community Manager at Coco since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing connections with over 20 executives, business development content management, client onboarding/offboarding, and managing complex workflows. Prior to this role, Madeline served as a Team Lead Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from August 2018 to August 2022, focusing on training new staff, implementing service models, and enhancing guest hospitality in a high-volume environment. Earlier experience includes a similar position at FREEDOM VALU CENTER from March 2016 to August 2018, where Madeline supported employee productivity and ensured compliance with operational and safety regulations.
