Benjamin Francis is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience across various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert and previously as Operations Manager and Store Manager at Coco Republic since June 2018, Benjamin has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Prior to Coco Republic, Benjamin held the position of Area Manager at The PAS Group Limited, overseeing 25 stores across Melbourne, country Victoria, and NSW, and played a crucial role in the rollout of new and refurbished stores. Benjamin's career includes positions at Mj Bale, MYER, diva, Cotton On Group, and A|X Armani Exchange / ck Calvin Klein, where responsibilities included team management, sales strategy, operations oversight, and performance management. Benjamin completed VCE at Catholic College Bendigo from 1988 to 1994.
