Felipe Dias de Oliveira currently serves as the Diretor Industrial at Coco Leve since January 2022 and previously held the position of Gerente Industrial at Vibe Açaí Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos from December 2020 to December 2021. Felipe also worked as Gerente Industrial at Gellak Alimentos for a brief period in late 2020 and managed industrial/projects at Fuzzy Açaí from June 2018 to December 2020. Prior experience includes Gerente Industrial/P&D/B2B at Cara Caramel Sorvetes Industria E Comercio between March 2013 and March 2018, focusing on production management, maintenance, R&D, and B2B accounts. Felipe was previously a Técnico de Inovação at MasterSense, concentrating on hydrocolloids and emulsifiers for ice cream applications, and served as Chefe de Linha at Cream Color, overseeing production lines for Brazil's largest ice cream manufacturer. Felipe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from FEI.
