Gunawan Pay is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as a Specialities Chef at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana since December 2016, Gunawan also holds the position of Chef de Cuisine at Conrad Bali and Coco Collection, overseeing operations at Aqua Seafood Restaurant and In-Villa Dining. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Santrian Resort and Villas and Sous Chef at Hotel Griya Santrian Resort and SPA. Gunawan's culinary career commenced at Grand Hyatt Dubai, where skills were honed as Chef de Partie from 2000 to 2004. Gunawan's educational background includes a Diploma II in Food and Beverage Production from BPLP Bali, completed in 1992.
