Ross Bondo is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cockroach Labs, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB from March 2022 to August 2024, and as a Senior Consultant and Business Transformation Consultant at IBM from June 2019 to March 2022. Ross Bondo also completed a Supply Chain Internship at Bayer in mid-2018, where significant contributions included advancing supply transparency for the medical device portfolio and analyzing SAP ERP data. Earlier experience includes an Associate Internship at Penn State Smeal College of Business. Ross Bondo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University, obtained in 2019.
