Nishita Dewan, FRSA, is an accomplished director and strategist with extensive experience in guiding organizations towards future readiness. Currently serving as the Director at CollaboratEQ since July 2016, Nishita focuses on navigating the evolving landscape of work. Additional roles include Non Executive Director at Spektrix, Board Trustee at Cockpit Arts, and Collaborator at the RSA's Future of Work Centre. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Nesta, British Academy, Creative Equals, Uber, and Amazon. Nishita holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by further education from IDEO University and General Assembly.
