Vicci Cawley is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Cochlear since November 2020, where the focus is on recruiting top talent to support the global leader in implantable hearing solutions. Prior to this role, Vicci worked at The Fred Hollows Foundation from October 2011 to November 2020 as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, emphasizing the recruitment of high-caliber professionals dedicated to preventing avoidable blindness. Earlier experience includes various positions at Hays from October 2002 to October 2011, starting as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and advancing to Senior Business Manager, specializing in executive HR recruitment and managing outsourced recruitment solutions. Vicci holds a BSc in Media and Cultural Studies and Sociology from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2002.
